Try using a different browser and/or clearing your history/cache in the browser you're using. Following are the directions from our Accounts link (on the library website); use either hyperlink, depending on your situation.
My EBSCOhost
Sign into your MyEBSCOHost account through the EBSCOhost database listing page by clicking on the link in the upper right corner Sign In. Once signed in, Choose Databases you want to use.
*NOTE*: If you used Google to create your MyEBSCOhost account and you are off campus, access your account with this link instead.

Since this account is under EBSCO's control, not the library's, you may also want to contact EBSCO and open a ticket with them, being as explicit as possible (that is, give them the links you're using and the error messages you get). Here's a link where you can open a ticket: https://connect-ebsco-com.proxy-bloomu.klnpa.org/s/contactsupport?language=en_US

If the problem persists, let us know and we'll do more troubleshooting.
