Systematic reviews (a type of article that synthesizes the evidence for a particular intervention or practice) are best found by searching the nursing databases available to Bloomsburg University students, especially PubMed and CINAHL

In PubMed,you can limit your search results to find systematic reviews by following these steps:

1) First display the limiter. Under Article types, click on Customize, select Systematic Reviews, and then Show to display the filter.

2) Then select the filter to limit to that article type:

 

In CINAHL you can limit your search results to find systematic reviews by following these steps:

1) Under Limit To select Show More to display all filters

2) Scroll down to Publication Type and select Systematic Review; and then click Search

To obtain the article full-text in either database, look for the PDF icon or for the Full Text Finder link --

Full Text Finder may provide a link to the full-text in another database, or you can request the article using interlibrary loan:
