Sometimes students will have difficulty printing from computers in the library computer lab. This is often due to a problem with the individual student's profile.
Go to Windows Start
Type command in the Search programs and files window.
Choose Command Prompt (first on list).
Type gpupdate/force
You do NOT need to log off when asked.
