Q. How do you turn on the big screens in the group rooms?

There is a button on the bottom of the TV, however make sure you are logged onto the computer BEFORE turning on the TV. If the TV is turned on before logging on to the computer, you'll receive an "Input out of range" message on both the TV and the computer monitor.

Take the following steps if you receive the “Input out of range” alert on the TV and monitor:

1. Turn off the TV via button on bottom

2. Hold in the power button on the computer until computer is completely shut down

3. Turn computer back on and login with BU I.D.

4. Turn the television back on
