If you are not a BU student, staff, administrator, or faculty, but live in PA, you may get a PA resident card. Simply bring a photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) with your address to the Circulation Desk (1st floor) of the Library. There you may sign up for a PA resident card. This card will enable you to check out books and login to the network. PA residents may not, however:
- Have more than 10 books checked out at a time
- Use the Library's databases off-campus
- Use interlibrary loan
Please note that the day you sign up for your card, you may check out 2 books maximum. Once your card is fully processed (usually 2 business days), then you may check out a maximum of 10 books.
For more info, check out the PA Resident Card page.
