Yes, you may request both items through interlibrary loan. I found their citations in Google Scholar, and the first one is an article while the second one is a book chapter.

The following screen shots illustrate how you can request the items. If you are off campus, first be sure to enable Library Links for Bloomsburg to access our resources in Google Scholar (see this FAQ).

When you find the item (search for the title in "quotation marks"), click on the double arrow >> (under the item)

This displays the link to 'CheckAvailability@BloomU' --

Click on it to view the option for interlibrary loan

Click to submit a request and login. If you've never used interlibrary loan before, you'll be prompted to create your account (you must use your ENTIRE email address), and then you can submit your request.
