Instructions and help may be found on the Off-Campus Access page if you're having problems logging in. Essentially, you'll need to try these steps, in order:

  1. Verify that your card or Library Account is active by calling the Library Circulation Desk at 570-389-4205
  2. Update or change your Web browser. Most databases work with recent versions of Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. Also try changing your browser's settings to allow cookies and enable Java and Javascript.
  3. Contact the Database Coordinator by email or phone, 570-389-4801, and provide as much information as possible, including the URL of pages denying access.

Please note: If you are not a current student, faculty, or staff member then you will not have access to BU Andruss Library resources off-campus. However, you are welcome to come into the Library and use its online resources on-campus, using your PA Resident Borrower's Card to log onto library computers (more information on how to obtain may be found here).

As always if you have a question, Ask A Librarian.
