Andruss Library has access to over 90,000 eBooks which may indeed be accessed off-campus by BU students, faculty, etc.  If you are off-campus, you will be prompted to login with your HuskyID and password.  This is the same ID and password you use to login to BOLT, ISIS, etc.

Is there a particular book title you have in mind?  Is it a case in which the Library has a the eBook you need but you cannot access it?  If so, if you received a message of maximum licenses exceeded or something to that effect, it means that someone else was using the eBook.  If this is the case, try again at a later time when the other user has [presumably] ended his or her session with the eBook.
